Merijn Schoeber: Hersonissos. So you guys are probably wondering what the hell is this guy doing here? So as you know, I met Headhunterz a couple of weeks ago, Wilhelm, and he asked me last week if I wanted to join him on a tour. And he has a booking here tonight at Star Beach and he asked me if I wanted to join. And, of course, I wanted to. And so that’s what’s going down.

 

I’m going to join him tonight. He’s actually arriving pretty late. And then, we have tomorrow like the whole day as well. And we got this epic villa where multiple DJs are staying. Yeah, and that looks good, the weather’s solid. I’m here with MC Tjen right now. And yeah, Wilhelm will be here, like tonight. I think at like 10 o’clock.

 

I didn’t get any sleep tonight because my flight was at 7 o’clock. It was the only flight that was here today. But I’m not complaining. Just chilling out in the pool. I’m about to sleep for a couple of hours and I’ll also upload the vlog and then we’ll see him tonight.

 

So it’s 9:30 right now. Wilhelm and Gflow are about to arrive and then we go to Star Beach. The other DJs already left because they had to, you know, perform right now. I’m having an apple right now and I actually just went to the grocery store to pick up some food. And now, I’m actually going to show you guys what I got because I think Wilhelm wants to eat something as well for sure. And he actually tracks his food intake.

 

I just got some basic stuff right here for the carb sources, you know, this one has some protein as well. All we got like this protein, granola. We got some oats, which – I also took protein powder with me and I may mix that in together with unsweetened almond milk. I got a white Monster here because I’m falling asleep and I need some energy. I didn’t get too much sleep today. And we got some rice cakes, all right, more carbs. I got some tuna. I don’t think Wilhelm is as hardcore as me but if I have not hit my protein intake – and my protein intake is a little bit higher that his as well – I usually have some tuna to make up for it.

 

Next to that, some high-protein yogurt. You know, this one has 0% fat. Macros are pretty freaking awesome. So it’s over 10 grams of protein and zero grams of fat and 4 grams of carbs. So a really good protein source. So I got a lot of those. You know, and just some fruit, apples, and mixed fruits as well. And that’s pretty much it.

 

And I just got a text from Wilhelm that he’s actually getting burgers at McDonald’s. So he’s all set for now but, you know, it’s good to have this food like at the house, so that, you know, later tonight, the grocery store will be closed, so we at least have food.

 

And instead of the burgers, I am going to go full hippie mode and I have a can of tuna, in olive oil though. I actually think it’s very doable. I actually like it myself.

 

All right, so guess who’s here? The man who invited me to this whole thing. Yeah, yeah.

 

Wilhelm: Finally, yeah, yeah.

 

Merijn Schoeber: What’s up, bro?

 

Wilhelm: Yeah.

 

Merijn Schoeber: Good?

 

Wilhelm: Good, good, man, after a long travel but we’re finally here.

 

Merijn Schoeber: This man travels all the freaking time.

 

Wilhelm: All the time. And, you know, when I say that, people get jealous but please don’t be jealous because –

Merijn Schoeber: You spend a lot of time in the freaking airport, waiting and stuff.

 

Wilhelm: Yeah.

 

Merijn Schoeber: So you saw me walking with the Monster, and he was like –

Merijn Schoeber: I’m going to hook you up, bro. I got you. I know I wanted to –

 

Wilhelm: Right. I think I’m addicted in them.

Wilhelm: I just started drinking it like a month ago, and I like, I need it every day now.

Merijn Schoeber: All right, so we just went into Star Beach. We’re not going to make it crazy late tonight. So bag the villa, getting food and what else. The man here still has to hit a lot of calories. He’s going to make the ghetto host.

 

Wilhelm: Actually, I’m not having a lot of calories today because yesterday –

 

Merijn Schoeber: Oh, yeah, yeah, you got over –

 

Wilhelm: – I kind of went all in. And today, I’m taking it easy but I started eating so late. So I’m kind of making up for that right now.

 

Merijn Schoeber: That’s good.

 

Wilhelm: We’ll see.

 

Merijn Schoeber: Yeah, so like for – like you have 500 calories over your target yesterday?

 

Wilhelm: Yeah.

 

Merijn Schoeber: So that on like the next day, you can do 500 calories under the target? Or you could basically just make up for it throughout the week, so you could also do two days of 250 calories. That will be 500 calories in two days as well. That’s kind of how you can make up for it if you mess up or you don’t have – unexpected plans or stuff, drink a crazy amount of alcohol like this guy.

 

Wilhelm: Yeah, you just got to be smart.

 

Merijn Schoeber: So what I’m going to have as my last meal is I want to get some protein and two of these low fat yogurts. And then I’m going to throw this in there because of fitness. It’s pretty good actually for knowing all those stuff.

 

Wilhelm: I’m definitely celebrating the fact that I can always hit my calories, you know, like – I mean, I do it with pleasures.

 

Merijn Schoeber: Bowl of gains.

 

Wilhelm: It looks so good, though.

 

Merijn Schoeber: Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Wilhelm: Yeah. We do two gigs in Germany. Then tomorrow, like Sunday, we’re hitting a party together.

Wilhelm: Then on Monday, I go to Croatia and then I go to China. So it’s hectic.
